I assist my clients in preparing estate planning documents which specify how their property and affairs will be distributed and handled when they are unable to make those decisions due to death or incapacitation. This gives clients the peace of mind in knowing that their wishes will be carried out in accordance with their express directives.

Last Will and Testament: provides for the distribution of your property to your heirs. It also names the person who want you to carry out your wishes and manage your estate. Wills can detail your wishes for guardianship of minor children or the establishing of a Trust Fund to provide for children or other family members until they reach a certain age.

Durable Power of Attorney for Health Care: Also known as a Living Will, appoints the person that you want to handle your financial affairs in the event that you are unable to do so. With this document in place, your family will be able to make sure that your wishes are carried out exactly as you wanted them to be.
